Tile Adhesive & Grouting
The MD-FLEX range is a comprehensive line of professional cement-based tile adhesives and grouts for indoor and outdoor use — engineered for high elasticity, zero vertical slip and extended working times, including specialised options for natural stone and large-format facade tiling.

MD-FLEX Product Line

MD-FLEX 901 — C1TE
Cementitious tile adhesive with zero vertical slip and prolonged open time, for absorbent tiles and common substrates.

MD-FLEX 902 — C2TE
Enhanced cementitious adhesive, zero slip and extended open time, for non-absorbent tiles — indoor and outdoor.

MD-FLEX 903 — C1TE
Rough-grained tile & natural-stone adhesive for various substrates; excellent workability; thickness up to 30 mm.

MD-FLEX 904 — C1
General-purpose cementitious tile adhesive with high slip resistance.

MD-FLEX 905 — C2TES1
Enhanced elastic adhesive, zero slip and extended open time, for non-absorbent tiles.

MD-FLEX 906 — C2TES2
Ultra-deformable, high-performance adhesive for fixing large formats and tiling on facades.

MD-GROUT — CG2 AW
Polymer-modified tile grout mortar with bacteriostatic and fungistatic properties, for joints 1–20 mm, interior and exterior.
Tile Adhesives — EN 12004-1 Classification
Selecting the right tile adhesive is the most critical step in a durable installation. The European standard EN 12004-1 gives every product an alphanumeric code (e.g. C2TES1) describing its chemistry, performance and special features: base type (C = cementitious, D = dispersion, R = reaction resin), performance class (1 = normal, 2 = improved), special features (F = fast-setting, T = reduced slip, E = extended open time) and deformability (S1 = deformable, S2 = highly deformable).
Tile Grouts — EN 13888 Classification
Grout locks tiles together, seals the joints and provides the final finish. EN 13888 classifies grout by chemical base (CG = cementitious, RG = reaction-resin), class (1 = normal, 2 = improved/polymer-modified) and special characteristics (W = reduced water absorption, A = high abrasion resistance).
Packaging & Shipping
Supplied in 20 kg block-bottom self-sealing valve bags — a 3-ply system (printable white kraft outer, 12-micron PE moisture barrier, brown kraft inner), printed up to 6 colours. Per pallet: 50 bags (1,000 kg / 1 ton). Per 20 ft container: 1,000 bags on 20 pallets, double-stacked (20,000 kg / 20 tons). Every pallet is stretch-wrapped in heavy-duty LLDPE film with a PE top-sheet against container condensation, and labelled on at least two sides with importer, product, pallet number, bag count and net/gross weight.
